Q: Do you have a warranty?

A: We stand behind the quality of our jewelry with a one-year warranty. If you experience any issues such as breakage or tarnishing due to manufacturing defects, we're here to make it right with a quick replacement. If you have any questions about our warranty or what it covers, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We're here to help!

Q: How do I take care of my jewelry? 

A: Our products do not rust or tarnish, but please note that water and perfume can shorten the life span as they are not solid gold. If you can, please clean your jewelry using warm water, mild soap and a soft cloth to wipe away debris after every wear. Storing your jewelry in a dry dark place helps it to last longer, too. Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We ship Worldwide! 🌍

Q: What are the shipping fees and delivery timeline? 

A:

  • In stock: In stock orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from date of order.
  • Pre-order: Please note the estimated shipping date on each individual product page. You'll see it below the "Add to Cart" button.
  • Shipping time may vary, as it is subject to flight availability and progress of customs clearance and aviation security check, etc. Shipping time depends on the country of delivery at the shipping service selected.
  • Standard shipping: 7-10 business days from the dispatch date to arrive.
  • Express shipping: 3-5 business days from the dispatch date to arrive.
  • If you're ordering multiple pieces and the status and shipping date of each are different, the order may be split in two or it may ship on the latest date.
  • Delivery details will be provided in your order confirmation email. *The estimated shipping timelines are listed above and do not account for any unforeseen delays on the courier's end.

Q: Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?

A: Since our team works quickly to dispatch your order, please double-check your details before submitting. Unfortunately, once you’ve clicked submit, we won’t be able to make any changes to your order

Q: What is the return policy?

A: We get it, not everything works out perfectly. We want you to be happy with your experience. Returns can be made within 14 days from the date you've received all your items. For more information, please visit our return policy page here. 

Q: How are refunds processed?

A: Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email!
